Definitely a nice gym! Good music but if you want to train lower body (especially hamstrings) on a Saturday good luck. Seems almost impossible to get on any of those machines...
Best energy, music, and staff of any gym I've been to. Huge leg area! Lots of equipment.
I've been going to this gym since 2003 (under different names and owners ) and these guys at west coast iron realy know what's up. Great price, equipment always up to date and best of all.... behind the counter is nothing but smiles. good work west coast iron thank you.

I just moved into the area and finished my 3 day trial last week. After trying out a few of the other gyms and fitness clubs in my area, I couldn't wait to come back to West Coast Iron. Great gym, great atmosphere, great tunes and really awesome staff and members. Best gym in the lower mainland hands down. Excited to sign my membership today.
