2 years ago, I never lifted a weight in my life. I started by following Joe Manganiello's Evolution. I learned how to do the exercises from youtube. I did that circuit a couple times but it became stale to me. I needed something new and different. I met Joe and got to know him. He has now been personally training me for 3 weeks. Already I am seeing huge differences. He built me a workout regime that fits my schedule and most importantly he holds me accountable everyday. I was at start a little hesitant that I would be intimidated when I went to Iron Raven as it is a powerlifting gym, but the members there are also super awesome and supportive.
