My son went for a ninja them birthday. He loved it. Great exercise and the party leaders really encourage the kids, especially the timid ones like mine. My kid wasnt as brave as the others but thanks to the staff he left feeling like a super hero.

Really enjoyed my time here. I went for an open gym and had a blast. Even made it up the 14 ft wall.EDIT - I have now attended multiple classes here and have to say, it just keeps getting better. The SGX class was intense and just what I needed to get me in a good mindset for fitness. The Adult Ninja classes, meanwhile, cater to every athlete's needs and combines fitness and fun in every way imaginable. I will definitely be back.
Been doing the adult ninja training and having a blast. Much more enjoyable way to workout for me. The classes are very scalable to your personal ability. The trainers are super positive and supportive.
