I had come in previously and unfortunately there was an issue with getting some bike shoes. I left unhappy and was quite disappointed with my experience. The ver next day I received a call from the store manager 'Kevin.' He explained how sorry he was and really listened to my issue. He asked if he could win back our business and was extremely genuine. He went above and beyond to help me and had me back in and really made my day. Mistakes happen but not many company's will step up and make it rite. Kevin made it rite and has showed me that customer service is extremely important to him. Thank you Kevin
Top notch shop and first tier buying experience ... thanks Trek Coquitlam.Bought a new bike from Trek Coquitlam recently and had a great experience dealing with both the sales and service departments. The sales rep answered all my questions easily and was able to direct me to the best bike option for my riding style, and then once it came time to take it home, the service department dialed it in and set it up to my physical specifications (reach, control angles, suspension sag, etc). I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike ... and Trek's are some of the best bikes available.
great service shop, they saved me 30 bucks on a new derailleur and washed the bike and replaced the bolts on the brake handlebars for free. The guys were nice and friendly and were glad to answer questions. would definitley visit again for maintenance. keep up
Not impressed with new trek staff! The repair shop didnt return my call! Too busy apparently! Yeah! Like Im too busy too ever step foot in that shop again.Caps staff and management were better in every department!
I ordered a P1 and got the most amazing service from Nick. He was very helpful and Dan did an incredible job assembling my new dream bike as well. The staff there are as great as my new Madone is to ride. Hats of to Trek for creating such a fast and nimble race bike and to the staff at Trek Bikes Poco .
