Not the best customer service - I requested a $20 set of pliers from the back wall locking cabinet and the associate insisted on escorting me to the till like I was going to run off with a much more valuable item. She then made me wait for her when a customer beckoned her for help, but her English was so limited she made him repeat himself 3 times. Just a stupid timewaster! When we got to the self checkout she ignored the fact that I was carrying two other items and tried to complete the transaction for me. My time and money are going elsewhere from now.on.
Bought my snow tires here 2 winters ago. Got a nail in one recently. 5 minutes to look me up in their system and i was out with a fixed tire in a very reasonable amount of time. Very courteous staff.
Can't buy headlamp bulbs because they're in lockup and theres nobody at the parts counter. Can't get out of the store because the doors are locked and theres nobody around to buzz you out. Go across the bridge to Pitt Meadows. Much better store
Went in on a weekday morning when it was quiet. Found what I was looking for quickly and went to the checkout to pay, received the rudest service from the cashier in my life for no apparent reason, no greeting whatsoever and was spoken to in a patronizing tone the whole time. I was purchasing an item that cost almost $200 also. Some serious management issues here I think after reading other reviews. Such a shame that a national store is represented so poorly.
Usually I'm in and out but today I needed snow tires as I plan to travel back and forth between Penticton and the Lower Mainland. So went in and met a fellow his name is Mat. As I explained to Mat because of circumstances I am on a budget I need a good deal. Mat was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful! Mat got on his computer and found me a great deal. Better than what I expected. I will always go to Mat now for my car needs. If you read this go in and tell Mat Barrie sent you lol. Thank you Mat for your friendly amazing service
