Bought a Napoleon Prestige from here 9 years ago and love it. All my burners blew this year due to the fact I BBQ year round and alot. Called the BBQ Shop to order new burners and they told me to call Napoleon direct as they might just ship me all new burners at N/C. I did and sure enough I have all new and at N/C due to Napoleon's treatment of their customers and the BBQ shop's integrity to a customer where they could have easily just sold me $300 worth of burners but would rather show me the benefit of buying from them and a Napoleon brand. This store only carries the top names in BBQ's so know this going in and I did as I only wanted a top brand and model and wanted to shop at a local business and not a big chain so I would get the customer care and I certainly have. It was a bonus to buy Canadian made with a Napoleon Prestige BBQ from a local small business who has treated me awesome.

I can't say enough about Nash, his team, and the service! I was trying to surprise my husband for his birthday with a new bbq. I identified Napoleon as the brand I wanted. I went to Trail appliances, and was directed to their BBQ expert. This guy didn't know a thing about any of the BBQs. He had to keep leaving me to go to a computer to look things up. He didn't know the difference between any of them. I went to Home Depot, who don't keep all the models they carry on the floor, so you have no one to ask about that either. Now to Nash and the BBQ Shop.Nash is the EXPERT. He knows as ton. Is extremely helpful. Doesn't try to over sell. They agreed to put the BBQ together (at cost of course, but expected), delivered it, complete with huge bow for my husband's birthday. The Delivery guys were so professional. They installed it, took away the old one. Did a demo for me. Everything! I haven't even given it to my husband yet. But I know we are going to love it. Will review Napoleon after that. Strongly recommend Nash and his team!!!
I recently purchased a Green Mountain Grill from Nash. On my first cook with my grill I had a part failure. Not anybody's fault just one of those things that's bound to happen. What really impressed me was when I called to report the issue Nash was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get a replacement part for me next day. It's nice to deal with a place with a high level of integrity. I will buy from here again.
I bought a Weber bbq in 2010 and needed a new crossover bar. Called The Bbq Shop and found they had registered my bbq with Weber. Gave me the model, serial number, and phone to call Weber. Weber sent me the crossover and 3 burner set for free!!! 10 year warranty! The BBQ Shop family folks are so helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for any more help. They do it all.
