Although we were happy with the outcome, this laminate project (only about 900 square feet in total, which did include stairs) took over three weeks to complete. This was the result of poor communication between Absolutely Floored and the contractor - with us caught in the middle. We chose this company because of its wonderful reviews, but would not recommend them. It was a frustrating experience.
Used them to install engineered hardwood in my penthouse suite. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with and the work was completed in a timely manner with no hiccups. I had gone to King of floors, NuFloors and D&J floors for quotes as well. They were all somewhat similar in price however the response time at absolutely floored cant be matched! I dealt with Troy as he was my sales man and he was at my penthouse in Vancouver within 40 minutes after our initial phone call!
