I first met with Scott in May of 2013, and handed him a small sample of units I liked from my own research. Within a short duration he had arranged viewings - not just with the units I selected, but a few others that he felt would be up my alley. He was absolutely fantastic and quickly honed in on what I was looking for.From there it was simply a matter of getting the best deal. As a first time home buyer eager to escape the clutches of my parents and learn the ins and outs of home 'ownership', I wanted everything (including a more or less new home with all of the up sell items like granite counters, a good view, near to my commute, etc). What I did not want was the price tag that came with buying a place.In what I felt was record time, Scott somehow had managed to find me the perfect place - top floor condo with almost everything that I was after (no hardwood floors), and all the things that mattered (like the 6 minute walk to the West Coast Express). And most importantly he'd managed to secure a stellar deal - easily $50k below comparable units I had been looking at. With so much in savings I could easily add the hardwood floors in after the fact. Scott also provided helpful information and contacts for getting through all of the required necessities of the purchase - if I needed something, Scott knew the perfect person to recommend.I would work with Scott again in the future - and I plan to if he doesn't retire with his riches before I decide to get an upgrade.
