Had an issue with my water heater's pilot light. They sent out a plumber who changed the thermal coupler - didn't fix the problem. He diagnosed it as a gas valve issue and they sent out a gas guy 6 hours later - didn't fix the problem. He diagnosed it as an air supply issue due to clogged vents. He tried vacuuming the vents and poking holes in the filter - didn't fix the problem. They were going to get back to me with a possible solution or recommend replacing the heater.I called another company, they sent someone who looked at it and fixed a shut-off vent in a few minutes.Creative called back a week later to recommend replacing the water heater. I told them someone else fixed the issue. Creative charged me for an hour of their time.Call someone else if you have a water heater issue.
I think they get their name from their billiing practices rather than their work. Review your invoices carefully.

I booked an appointment with them. They told me they would arrive at my place between 11-12 and give me a call 15 minutes before they arrive. At 12:30, I had to give them a call to ask where they were. They told me they would arrive at 1. At 1:15 I called once again because nobody showed up to fix my problem and I was told that they have no way of knowing where their crew is because they dont have a phone on them. How are they supposed to call me 15 minutes before they arrive if they dont have a phone? Lies!! I was expecting professionalism because I used them the summer of 2015.
