I called in for 4 prescriptions at 4:30pm on a Friday. The following morning at 10am, the owner of the Phatmacy arrived to my door to drop off the prescriptions in person. Absolutely blown away by the level of service and care he brings. He answered all my questions, let me know how I can follow up to ask any questions. Truely made me feel that he cares about his clients, and I would have someone I can rely on. Thank you taking the extra initiative
Really like the new ownership. Although I've only been a few times so far, they made me feel right at home and went above and beyond with their service level. Highly recommend to anyone in PoCo
I've been to pretty much all of the Pharmacies within a 10km radius and Ali at Med-X is by far the best. After a car accident I've been needing all sorts of prescriptions and about 6 months ago I stopped in this independent Pharmacy and I wish I found it sooner. When injured, running around to all you doctor and physio appointments can be exhausting and time consuming. My experiences with OTHER nearby pharmacies has mostly been an added burden. They tell you to come back in 20 mins and wait in line again for a simple prescription that should take 2 mins to fill on the spot. Or they have to order it in and forget to call you when it's ready. Or, when you show up they realize they made a mistake and have to re-order and AGAIN you have to go back. Many hours wasted over time!I NEVER have to worry about any of this at Med-X. Prescriptions are always fast and I always leave informed. Customer service and product knowledge (like others have said) is as good as it gets! Thank you Ali for saving me so much time and for making life easier!
The new owner, Aly, is phenomenal. I walked over last week having a panic attack with no meds and my husband out of town. He gave me a drink and allowed me to bring my dog in. He spoke calmly with me and eventually I was able to calm down. He was able to speak with my family doctor over the phone so I was able to get a prescription and he even offered for me to pop in any time with my dog if needed to chill out. Above and beyond!
