All around this company is run professionally and efficiently. The quality of service provided when it comes to your residential move is above and beyond excellence! I would recommend this company above all else as this team of individuals, from the owner to the movers, provide nothing but the best to all customers.
My biggest mistake was putting my trust in Westcan and believing Adam White when he promised me that they would take care of our belongings. Many items were damaged or destroyed and despite having paid for insurance, i have been getting the run-around for three months now trying to make a claim. It is so aggravating to have to file complaints with the BBB and dispute charges with my credit card company. I truly regret having chosen Westcan to do our move.
I had such a good experience the first time I used this moving company I decided to try them again. I was not disappointed!! From beginning to end the movers were courteous, professional and careful. When we arrived at the new place they took the time to wrap blankets around the glass stairwell and lay down moving carpets to protect the floors. They were fast yet conscientious of the walls, damage etc. Once again a great experience - the price was totally reasonable and ended up being slightly less than estimated!! So great! If you need a move done, I highly recommend WestCan
