Terrible customer service from call centre, had awful experience with Rachel. Company cancelled our appointment the day of after waiting for almost 2 weeks to have our air ducts cleaned. When I received the call, service personnel advised that they wouldnt be able to clean our ducts and that wed need documentation from an abatement company, could they not have advised us sooner after several phone calls from their call centre calling to confirm our appointment? Further into our discussion Rachel informed us that their truck had broken down for the day. So my question was were they cancelling because of they couldnt do it or was it because their truck broke down? Clean Dry Canada is unreliable, has poor service and poor communication from a customer service standpoint. After advising her of our disappointment, she ended up sending a technician unannounced to our home the same day, he entered our home to say hed look at our furnace, took him downstairs and he never even opened the furnace compartment to look but instead started explaining why they couldnt do the job, not good enough. Our concerns were the way the whole situation was handled and that we could have been advised sooner about obtaining the documentation. The technician Mathew (Matt) was loud despite letting him know that our newborn was sleeping and ended waking up our baby. Very disappointed, you dont just show up unannounced to tell us what your call centre had already told us. Shame despite expressing our concerns and feedback to the company (they do all the air duct cleaning as exlusive contractors for Home Depot) have not received a response.

Cleaning part was good but the guy broke a lamp that he had no reason to even touch and a facial board on the tv stand that he had no reason to touch (it wasnt moved). He left with the glass lamp shade that cost $40 to replace) and without saying a word about the damages he had caused. My mom phoned the company as soon as we realized the lamp shade was gone and nobody called back. As stated, the cleaning part was good, too bad reckless and dishonest will mean they wont be hired again. I took pictures but for some reason I cant post them here.

We had Brad from Steam Dry Canada- Vancouver come and clean our furnace ducting as well as the dryer vent, he did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to family and friends.

During a very busy of my life where my father was dying:I called Home Depot Cleaning Services to clean my carpet. It is an area rug. I got the run around with timing and pick up that I end up rolling it up myself and bringing to their Port Coquitlam office. That was in January. It is August 1 and my father has passed away. I finally get to dealing with my carpet. I unrolled it last night only to see that the carpet was never cleaned. It still had same stain and lint still on it. not even cleaned! I picked it up as wellI paid cash as well.I called the head office and recorded my phone call with the representative. She said I was out of luck because it was in January and their 30 days warranty expired. So I brought my capret to them. left it there for months for them to clean. picked it up myself. only to learn that my grief pain and suffering are my fault for not opening up the carpet right away. I trusted this company to do the job I paid for. I got the run around by every single person I have spoken to with this company. 0/10 from me!Terrible customer service!

Brad was super professional, punctual and informative. I was reluctant to get the services done due to other companies trying to upsell and not do services which were asked for in the first place. But Brad was great and really fast and he showed me exactly what he was doing. I will definitely call them back in the future.
