Great looking bath fixtures for reasonable price. Thought we were getting a great deal until we installed it. Their faucets are made in Taiwan and finished nicely in chrome, but the threaded joints are all non standard and use washers to seal instead of a mechanical seal (like you get on a higher end product). This leads to small leaks if the washers dont seat exactly right. Also we got one with deck mount risers, and the threads they use on it are an oddball thread (British Standard Parallel Pipe) that no plumbing supply store in Canada is familiar with. Had to go to a hydraulics shop to get the right adapter to hook it up to the water supply lines. And with the fixed shower option, the heads that come with it require more than 2.5 gal / min to work properly as they are rain heads. Had to change ours to get a decent pressure flow but definitely doesnt look anywhere as niceSupport is limited to we are just the distributors, not the manufacturer and this is all it says on the sheet.Finally have it worked out (after spending $200 on top of their purchase price) but would not recommend their products again. You do get what you pay for in terms of quality.
