Victor was able to design a beautiful large kitchen for our very average apartment. Nothing average about us now! There are so many decisions that go into ordering kitchen cabinets and it is wonderful to work with people that are so creative, skilled with the entire design process. Recently renovated our kitchen with prime kitchen cabinets, nothing but good things to say from our experience. This was our first time doing a kitchen renovation, the whole team was very friendly and helpful, they offered us direction, advice and were accommodating to all of our requests. We enjoyed working with an experienced designer. We were given diagrams which provided accurate layout and measurements which was useful for making final decisions, there was also many style and color options to choose from, many of which were displayed in the showroom. The installers were clean and professional, the work was done in a timely manner and the materials used are very good quality. We love our new kitchen, big thanks to the whole team who made this happen!
Came by for consultation for kitchen cabinets, glad that Vince took the time to explain why his are superior and better. For example, more support panels.Totally at ease, give him a budget, they do all kinds custom work and backs up with service. Some of the work so elegant, you think it's Italian!
We bought our kitchen with the promise of it being finished before Christmas (10 weeks before Christmas) we were quoted 8 maxium. We loved the process everyone was very kind and helpful. Dominic is a huge reason we will come back to Prime. However, as you can tell by the 3 star review, things went sideways. The minute we put our deposit in our rep halved the communication with us. We visited the Port Coquitlam location multiple times to get answers and make sure that things would be done on time as we had a huge party coming up. On one visit I was told the kitchen had shipped and was on its way to us and on another I was told it hasnt even been completed yet. Everytime we called or emailed information was conflicting but we still were assured it would be done by Christmas. Mid December we still hadnt been told what was going on so we got one of our carpenters to call as askas both myself (designer) and my husband (contractor) werent getting answers. In that call we were told through our carpenter that our kitchen wouldnt be installed END of Janurary. Obviously angered I called and was told they close for two weeks in December and there was nothing they could do about it except off free handles for the kitchen which we had already purchased elsewhere seeing as the kitchen was due two weeks prior. We were then told that they could install it before the party but not before Christmas - on the 27th instead. We were told we would get a call on the 23rd to confirm the time. Since Christmas was Monday we couldnt expect our guys to come in and rip out the old kitchen and install the new flooring during the weekend so we did all that on the 21&22. Well the 23rd was a Saturday and no one called as they are closed on saturdays (found out that day). So there we were no call, no kitchen and a useless space for food prep. I didnt get a call or email until the New Year. The install finally happened mid January at week 15. All that said, I would caution you on lead time & communication only. We love the kitchen & the install team was amazing. We also appreciate the team (most of them) but honest communication would have made this situation a whole lot better. We will probably purchase with them again but not with a dead line thats for sure. Or if we do have one we will just double their quote . Kitchen Quality Install Team Communication Price
